These are among the many characteristics that describe business women like JoAnn Elardo who is a self-described, “serial entrepreneur.” Her story is inspiring to anyone who is an entrepreneur or is interested in where hard work can take you in this life.

Where there was no opportunity, she created it. JoAnn has been breaking barriers since her first business opened in 1989. In 1991, she decided to take that business to communist Poland… the rest, well…. You’ll have to come hear it for yourself.
JoAnn will give a brief timeline of her inspiring story, answer a few questions and then there will be a short Q&A after. We will have breakfast, but this opportunity to learn from one of the most successful business women in our area is limited to 25 people.
