Go Paperless

Why Paperless?

It’s safer, less cluttered, and has faster access to your banking information.  Gulf Coast Business Bank will provide your statements and notices electronically.

eStatement is an electronic version of your Gulf Coast Business Bank (GCBB) statement.  These statements replace the paper statements you receive in the mail.  As a GCBB customer you can and likely will receive estatements for your checking and deposit accounts, all your loan notices, and all revolving credit lines including home equity lines of credit. Detailed information on all transactions and balances can be viewed in PDF format.  At your leisure, you can view, download, and print your eStatements.  This is an excellent way to review your account information and limit your exposure to fraud.  eStatements also reduces the clutter and allows you to organize your account information with ease.

How do eStatements work?

eStatements are made available via GCBB’s secure Internet Banking service.  Your initial set-up will be completed at account opening.  To view your estatements you must have online banking access; therefore, a Username and Password are required.  For help with this information, contact us at 239-345-BANK.  On your first visit to the website, you’ll be asked to accept the eStatement Agreement, understanding that you will not receive a paper statement.  Each month you will be notified via email when your statement is ready for viewing online.  You can then view, save, and print the estatement.  It’s that easy!

Is there a cost for eStatements?

Absolutely Not!  eStatements and GCBB Internet and Mobile Banking are available to every customer for FREE.

Will I still receive a paper copy in the mail?

Once you sign up for eStatements you will no longer receive paper statements and loan notices via the mail.

Can I get a paper copy of my statement if I need it?

Yes, while your eStatements are available in printable PDF form, you may request a copy of any deposit statement, loan statement, or loan notice.  A paper statement fee may be charged as set forth by the GCBB Schedule of Fees.

Are eStatements secure?

Yes, your eStatements are stored on the Bank’s secure server and protected by 128-bit encryption. Gulf Coast Business Bank is committed to keeping your account information secure; we constantly monitor our network and conduct regular security audits.

What do I need to view eStatements?

To receive, view, download, and print eStatements all you need is a computer, internet access, and an internet browser such as Google, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.  To view printable versions of your statements you’ll also need Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Can I export my eStatement information to other programs?

Yes.  You can export transactions as text files and then import them into Microsoft Word or another money management program such as Quicken or QuickBooks.  Please note that eStatements in PDF format are not exportable to other programs.

How do I change my password?

It is always a good idea to periodically change your password. Simply log into your online banking and update your profile.  If you need help with this, please contact a Personal Banker at 239-345-BANK.

What if my email address changes?

Please contact us at or call us directly at 239-345-BANK.  If your email address is not correct, we will be unable to notify you of your statement availability.

How long will my eStatements remain online?

How do I cancel eStatements and go back to receiving regular paper statements?

You may elect to begin receiving your paper statement again at any time.  All you need to do is tell us and we will discontinue sending you email notifications and resume mailing your paper statements via the U.S. mail.

To begin receiving your account statement on paper through the mail rather than electronically, contact a Personal Banker at 239-345-BANK Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
